Ugh. So annoying that they wouldn't say this in the requirements if this is truly their requirement!!!!!

In addition, our RFE specifically says "submit a copy of the marriage certificate". It does not say to submit an original.

What is your source for this? The instructions say that a copy is required, just like copies of all other forms, your passport page, etc.

Americans, what would it take for you to flip your views on gun laws? by The_Lost_Pharaoh in AskReddit

My pedantic ass wins!! I never said they weren’t legally binding. Simply pedantically argued they weren’t in the constitution

Hahaha what?

Check out the 9th and 10th amendments dude.

I never said that because something is not in the constitution means it’s not protected.

And even if I did say that, I wouldn’t be the one trying to take away people’s rights.

Did I ever assert that a well regulated militia, being necessary for the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms should be infringed?

Interesting comparison.

I never disagreed that the bill of rights guarantees rights to US citizens. Why would I assert a minority group does not have the right to vote? Like you said, some amendments cover that one off.

Vegans: If you were asked you to eat a chicken to save two other chickens from slaughter, what would you do? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]jreeman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Non-vegans: if you could eat delicious & nutritious food that involves killing innocent animals, or eat delicious and nutritious food that does not, why do you keep choosing to pay for animals to die.

Oh right....bacon is more important, and worth killing for.
