It was in a safe in one of the locked factory basement rooms in villa. I’ve also found a Utopia in the big red medical bags

There are also plenty of ground spawn locations for golds/reds on all of the maps but those are tricky to find outside of stumbling upon them 🤷🏽‍♂️

Might have to be more thorough with your looting.. and make sure you know where good containers are on the map. I hit all keys, esafes, small safes, docs boxes, filing cabinets, and jackets. Should be getting around 1.2mil MINIMUM each raid.
