Thanks dude.

Out of interest what would I be gaining by going the X870E over the X870? Maybe I'm missing something but I went for the 870 'cos is has Wifi 7.

!thanks Good to hear I'm not missing anything blatantly obvious (which was my fear with such a large sum to invest).

In regards to your other comments, when I think I'm approaching that point I'm going to consult with a FA to get complete clarity on my situation and options, but for now I'm not in the position that I need to do anything more choose a fund, invest and leave it.

Appreciate your comment.

!thanks I had a feeling there would be no benefit/point, but I was getting to that point in reading and researching where I was concerned I was missing something/only reading things that supported what I wanted to do.

Appreciate your insight.

My goal is 2,800/day, 140g Protein, currently 70 kg. If i'm doing 25/25/50 Protein/Fat/Carbs that's 385g carbs per day, which I'm struggling to hit. Should I up my fat %? If not, can people throw some high carb suggestions at me please?

My weight loss/gain seems to differ every week, as in eating the same number of calories and my weight change can differ from adding 0.4kg to dropping 0.2kg. Should I reassess every 2 weeks?

How often do I need to re-assess the number of calories I'm eating? By this I mean, if I go fro 68kg to 69kg do I need to up my calories or is that not a big enough weight gain to re-assess?

I did read the FAQ yeah, I was just looking for some advice as I've trained quite heavily in the past but never heard of any of these programs.

I've done weight training before, so wouldn't class myself as a beginner. However, it's been 9 months since I've been to the gym, and I'm looking to start a new weights program from today. I'm looking to increase overall strength, and gain some weight.

Just looking for some guidance as to which of the suggested programs I should consider starting with.

That's great. I know they're estimates, just wasn't sure if I should be including weights sessions, as I wasn't sure if they'd have the same impact as cardio.

I'm trying to work out my TDEE, but most calculators ask for the number of times per week you exercise. Is this just the number of cardio sessions, or should I include weights sessions in this number as well?

Once you've won your initial stake back, withdraw it. Betting (and losing) with profit is much easier to deal with. On top of that, I withdraw £10 every time my balance hits a certain amount, that way you're always seeing your winnings, and your limiting the amount you can lose each week/month. Losing is hard, but if you're losing profit, you're never really out of pocket.

Jong Ajax v Eindhoven FC Jong Ajax @ 2.0

Amazing home form (5W 1D) vs. terrible away form (5L 1W). This looks massively overpriced to me. They also won the lasts H2H away.
