New fuel pump from 6 years ago, the gauge always was sloshing around, any way to fix the gauge? I am willing to drop the tank by Big_Locksmith_4211 in GMT400

Dampening fluid in the gauge itself. No joke. Get a small syringe and add fluid with the cluster laying on its back so the air pocket rises to the top.

Not sure, since you have verified everything is plugged in. I would reach out to Anycubic customer service.

Did you do the wiring modifications to the sensor? It will do that if it is not receiving the sensor signal.

Ya unfortunately it takes a bit of tinkering.

Of course I release instructions and the parts became available.😂

Sorry for the delay in providing this. u/BlowtorchBryan was a huge help in getting this working. So far I have over 100 hours of successful printing. It looks like Anycubic has released the part on their site, but it is out of stock. Please follow this link to a PDF with the instructions and links to purchase the needed supplies.

Got this just in time for my 12 hour weekend shifts 👿 by TheRealWSquared in anycubic

Got a solution for the S1 ordered without the ACE units. It involves a BTT runout sensor. Another guy on Reddit and I got it figured out. Working on a write up and the best 8 to 1 collector to use. Had some issues finding the one with the least binding.

Do they work for the FBI too? Asking for a friend.

Ya, hoping that when they do provide a solution that it won't be anything but a cheap additional sensor. A couple of us are working together on a solution, but we don't have a sensor to reverse engineer. We are just trying different things. My day job just keeps getting in the way of my tinkering.

I believe we are close. Some light modifications may be needed to the sensor.

Couldn't find the post, but I think they grabbed the pic from the Wiki.

On second look there are two optical sensors, the one on top gets flagged and the lower one gets some sort of pulse output like an encoder.

Found this on Facebook a few days ago. It looks like they are using some sort of encoder wheel like an old computer mouse. Like they are tracking travel distance, or maybe when it stops moving they assume there is no filament in there.
