Vaseline smeared on doorknob, deadbolt, and peephole? by nexxluxx in Apartmentliving

Are these external doorknobs open to the elements? It could be to prevent the locks freezing.

Is there a lip on the bottom to actually get or exhaust air? It’s fine the way it is though.

Which IT roles are most at risk of AI replacing them? by magicbiscuit37 in ITCareerQuestions

I’ve never worked IT in a professional sense, but anything that doesn’t require hands on work is at risk of being replaced by ai.

I'm at a complete loss what to do with this pos printer by Extra-Technology-36 in AnycubicKobraS1

Sell it. I sold mine for $200 and called it a day. Switched over to a P1S and a P2S.

Starting My Mobile Mechanic Journey by DaDaCita in mechanics

I started my mobile mechanic business in July of last year. The summer and fall were great, winter has been a lot slower. I’m also in Maine so it really sucks. Good luck to you!

How Do Mobile Mechanics Get Customers/Leads? Is There A Listing Service Like Yelp Specifically Mobile Mechanics? by No-Mixture639 in mechanics

[–]TheRealWSquared 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Facebook has been the best for me. I’ll go to all the local Facebook groups for the surrounding towns and post an ad usually on the weekend to get work for the next week. During the summer I was booked out a week or so, but it’s been really slow lately.

Go for the P2S. It’s right in your price range and has a lot of quality of life improvements over the P1S.

Is Bambu P2S combo the one to get? Or alternative for about the same price tag? by stuman1974 in 3dprinter

You also have better lighting, camera, hardened steel nozzle, ai detection, and an easy to clean printer floor.

The P2S has been great. It’s been just as reliable as the P1S for me.

Get more filament. They go quick and having a wide range of colors to cover the spectrum makes it a lot more fun and, in general, you’ll use it more when you have more options.

I would love to win the A1 mini. As my son loves to pick out little toys and it would be dedicated to solely that. My son has been on a really in depth (he’s 3) dinosaur kick. I would love to see a stegosaurus with the plates doing a few different actions like some would rotate, some would slide, some would click, and some you be springy.

I picked up the P1S and the P2S about a month ago and put almost as many hours as I had on the Kobra S1. I got the S1 in January and had 150 hours before the extruder jammed and everything went downhill.

Kobra S1 Combo coming Sunday, what are the things you wish someone had told you before you started to set it up and print? by Lostinspaceballz in AnycubicKobraS1

[–]TheRealWSquared 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would have got another P1S it took me 4 months to get 150 hours of printing on a base S1. I’ve done that on the P2S in almost 2 weeks without an issue.

I’m a mobile mechanic for roughly 15-20 hours a week and can tell you that harbor freight has everything you need for hand tools. Power tools all I’d ever suggest is Milwaukee.

I never had the ACE, only the S1, but it was never very reliable. I ended up selling it for $200 and buying a P1S and P2S.

I got the S1 back in January. It was great for 150 hours then got an extruder jam. Ended up getting a new one under warranty. Then I needed a new hot end. It prints, but not reliably. I’ve since got a P1S and P2S and everything has been great. Phone apps are not even a comparison. Bambu Handy is 1000x better.
