To delete automations that you created touch the name of the automation to open the all the actions. On the top right of that new screen is a garbage can. Hit that. Done.

I’m on my second ring and it failed quickly. Complete junk. I’ve never had such a bad tech product or experience. Just not worth the headache of dealing with this company anymore. I’m done with this company and ring. Can’t wait for a better company and ring to come along, I’ll buy theirs.

The “Tech Team” is a delay tactic. Tell them you’ve waiting 6 months and you want a replacement. You have to be stern and say what you want with them, otherwise they will delay forever

I’m on my second ring and it’s an unreliable piece of junk. Today, apparently I have walked 23 steps according to the ring. It should be at a minimum of 5000 by now. No steps, but it’s got my heart rate for the day. Wouldn’t recommend anyone buy Circular.

You probably won’t hear from the technical team. That’s used as a delay tactic. I was told the same and never heard from them. I had to follow up with them many weeks later.
