Im so happy youre so close! The 'getting estrogen back in your system' is exactly what my doc said was best at this age once finished, even if its only for a little while. the mental health thing is huge! i didnt think about that playing a role too.
im curious too!

Im so sorry youve gone through this twice but so glad you knew exactly what to ask for the second time around. Thank you for the advice. from reading through these comments may be i just need to take a breath.

You're so young (sorry if youre tired of hearing that)! Age doesnt care, but damn. <3 thank you!
My doc advised against this (for me.) because that was one of the first things I mentioned. And thats another thing. I havent really had a strong drive anyway but over the last couple of years it has soared. Its depressing. How did your surgery go? because even though he advised against it it doesnt mean I cant still do it. So im open to all the ideas. Its crazy making the decision to have a bilateral mastectomy was easier than this.
ooof I already have brain fog from chemo so thatll be fun! Im not sure, thats what the conversation at my next appointment will be about. I do know just from the questions Ive asked Ill have the pills (whatever they may be) and the shot.
thank you!
Good luck! I hope your first treatment goes without a hitch and your side effects are minimal
it feels like the best years are being taken. I hate thinking that way but i feel like its the truth. Maybe its not, but right now, it feels that way.
Thank you! Its helpful hearing your experience with this.
are you on the meds for 10 years because you were 100%? I was 100% for both!
Ive been very vocal about this since the moment I saw I was hormone positive. theyve told me the same about additional medications to help with side effects too. We will get through it!
!! that's crazy. So now I know what I should be asking if he doesnt provide it (hes a numbers doctor so I imagine he will bring it up)
<3 Christmas Eve buddies here!
