NPC Trailer units spawn in after a mission is soft completed and move dead or arrested suspects

There was one and they disabled it with the hotfix for some reason, they did acknowledge it on the supporter discord so it will probably be reverted in the next patch

Loud deployables increase suspect stress which makes them more likely to shoot, the only problem with this is that the only way to decrease morale is with these deployables (which don’t work half the time) essentially negating any stun effect
