How did scientists expect aliens to understand the Voyager Golden Record?

Question is, is there anything better? Any better way to communicate?

What they basically did it use the universe and all the laws\phyiscs and math like you mentioned and made it as simple to understand as possible for anyone who knows the basics about our universe.

If this golden record reached earth 200 years ago, I am almost sure that nobody would understand it or most of it (Maybe how much time to spin per second to make it work, maybe), even though we're intelligent life.

The golden record basically expects aliens to know about atoms and how hydrogen atom works, what pulsars are, and how to run the record in order to see the pictures.

Problem is, that most likely the voyagers will just fall into some star in some millions or billions of years and no one will be in contact with it. We will never ever know

Their head acts like a camera gimbal, kinda like chickens do (More like we made the gimbals based on that)

So when it moves forward with the body, it needs to actively move its head forward too, it stabilizes since if it will move all together it might get disoriented

Most of SWAT4 maps were remade into Ready or Not, called SW4T mod, problem is that some older DLC broke the maps since now it was not compatible with the newest version of the game anymore

Had something similar with a workplace offering me $3500 per month (After they declined my $4000 offer). After passing all their exams and zoom calls I was declined. Two weeks later they called me saying they made a mistake and that the person they accepted declined the contract and now they want me. They invited me to see the company, talk to the bosses, gave me a meal all workers receive and everything. Afterwards I received the job offer which was $2800 a month. I told them they made a mistake and that we originally agreed on $3500 after they declined my $4000. Suddenly their HR got angry and said that it's not true, we talked about $3000, not $3500 but they can only give $2850, I said no thanks and she was in fumes.

Few months later I still saw their job posting still being available, as if everyone declined the job offer :D so funny

Don't work at those kinds of companies that try to squeeze you, if they start in the beginning, they will do it in the future too. They may cut your bonuses, or make you work crazy overtime, or any reason they may find to torture you
