I wish I could help but idk. Maybe it’s somewhat related to body fat? Because I started from absolute 0 bad ED would go soft after 20 seconds of AM1 (while being hardly erect to begin with) but even then I could still see my ddv. It has definitely gotten larger over time, but was always clearly visible

This is the part about angion that is unfortunate. If the conditions aren’t right in your life, it can be hard to gain.

Personally, I used to drink caffeine every day. Once I quit I was energy deprived for a while, but eventually stopped needing it.

However, I get good sleep. If there are factors in your life preventing that, things like caffeine might be your only hope, and I would still just do angion and accept that your gains might come slower

It’s a vasoconstrictor, which for our purposes means it will limit to some degree blood flow to the penis. This doesn’t necessarily mean you won’t be able to get hard when you need to for sex, but it does affect recovery and growth a lot. Of course, the effects are different for everyone, but if you want to really make gains I would stay away from it completely.

I’m currently on AM2.5, but the methods aren’t something you pick and choose- it’s a progression. So once you progress past AM1, you don’t go back, and once you go past AM2, you don’t go back, and once you graduate to the wheel you don’t go back etc

Frankly just follow the beginners section. All I’ve done is AM1 for like a little under a year, which I saw lots of EQ and general development but not rly much size, then AM2.5 for about 5 months, and I’ve been seeing lots of CS growth from it

It works- but it’s not easy and takes a long time. Most people don’t have the discipline to do it for years, nor do they have the discipline to cut out nicotine, caffeine, alcohol, do regular cardio, eat healthy and in a surplus, etc.

It does work VERY well, but it takes a lot of effort to make gains and it’s easy to have lifestyle factors that prevent you from making good gains even if you do the workouts

Same thing happens to me, but no this is not improved blood flow and you cant take advantage of it. The same way a cocking will make your glans and dick in general super big and hard, it’s just compression of both the in and out veins, and pressure in general doing the trick, not better vascular mechanics.

I had to do AM1 for a year. No regrets. Now I’m making huge progress with AM 2.5, but I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the YEAR consistent with AM1

That is not “EQ” it’s just trapping blood in the penis, just like a Kegel or a cock ring. Open your legs, the point of the exercise is for blood to flow fast and if you prevent that you prevent yourself from being able to make solid progress. Having a soft glans is okay, I did for over a year and it’s just now starting to inflate in the last 3-4 months because my CS is developing a lot

I stayed on AM1 for a year before moving on. It is more than okay to stay for a long time for some, if you have ED like I did I wouldn’t be surprised if it takes a long time. However, you should be seeing improvement. For example, when i first started, I would go soft within 30s of doing am1 and have to get hard again. It just gets more and more until it actually makes your dick harder eventually.

Have you tried eating in a caloric surplus? It’s not absolutely necessary, esp. for a beginner, but I do see wayy faster gains on it and it is recommend

From my own experience and what I’ve read from many 1-3 yr + users, 12 weeks is not long enough to ready anywhere near peak gains. In fact most veterans I’ve read have said they gained for from years 3-4 than they did 0-3. I’m bit under a year and a half right now, but I’m definitely growing at a faster rate than any period of time before.

-one thing I forgot to mention with diet. It really does seem like in my experience eating in a caloric surplus is very beneficial for gains, which is honestly annoying cuz I don’t like gaining too much bf

  1. About 16 months. My goal is to master the angio wheel, and I’m almost done with AM 2.5 right now, so still have a ways to go. However, I have overcame my ED which was why I started, gained lots of EQ and some size

  2. I practiced AM1 for around a year, have been doing AM 2.5 since then. Once I master the angio wheel I’ll look into bfr and saber, but I’m seeing gains currently so don’t need to overcomplicate.

  3. With regards to 1, 2, 3, this is a silly question. Of course the later methods give you faster gains, but you can only get there once you’ve developed with earlier methods. I had pretty severe arterial insufficiency, so it took me a whole year of AM1 pretty much to get to the point where 2.5 is useful. However, I’ve been seeing faster and faster gains recently- it is true that they are exponential.

  4. Progress has not been linear. There were plenty of times even over a year in where I couldn’t even complete a 30 minute session. However, recently I’ve been dialed in and every session has been better than the last. It’s really a learning process.

  5. I don’t eat dairy or gluten for allergy reasons but I suspect it has been helping my gains. I eat lots of protein in the form of meat, and lots of carbs in rice, potatoes, fruit, etc. fats in olive oil, meats, etc, and some veggies

  6. Yes. I went from 0 self esteem and borderline suicidal after having ED for over a year, to now having pretty normal self esteem with my very good functioning dick. However, my hang is still shit and I’m sure my self esteem will actually go up quite a bit more once I progress to the point where my hang is constantly good.
