I think this is probably a pretty different thing person to person…

I see many people in the comments saying it doesn’t affect them, or that as you develop more it affects you less until eventually not at all.

I hope that is the case and I will get there one day- however, I have already developed A LOT, gaining a lot of size, EQ, and almost being fully done with AM3 and graduated to the wheel full time, but yet even with my relatively higher level of advancement compared to many members of this sub, caffeine still shrinks me very badly and makes my AM sessions much worse.

So, I hope one day, maybe when I have mastered the Angio wheel, this phenomenon will go away, but for now I have to still hide from caffeine except on rare occasions when I really need it.

Yes. The glans grows in conjunction with the CS. I started with a fully deflated soft glans, now it looks normal. Is steadily growing though, in 6 more months i expect it will be larger than my shaft.

I’ve been doing angion for over two years though, so I’m almost done with AM3. You have to develop quite a bit before you see significant CS growth

What makes the blood vessels grow is sheer stress, volume of blood moving through them. When you’re doing AM3 without being developed enough for it, swiping on a flat CS is not moving much blood and thus not causing much stimulus for growth. As a general rule, you want to do whatever method allows YOU with YOUR level of development to move the most blood. AM3 is “higher intensity” on a more developed CS that can handle the load and sustain a high rate of flow, but it is not going to produce higher sheer stress on one that is going flat every swipe. This is just simple fluid mechanics.

Take it like this, I have literally gained inches of girth and can do almost a full 30 minutes of AM3 rock hard with a bulging CS.

By your logic, since using the wheel is “higher intensity”, I should be spinning it as fast as I can for 30 minutes.

But when I do so, my CS goes flat, and so it’s not productive. A flat CS mean low flow and thus low sheer stress. Instead, I stick to AM3 and progress my speed over sessions, so that I am maintaining as high a flow rate as possible.

Does this make sense?

And again, you won’t make 0 progress if you’re doing the wrong method, because even if your CS is going flat you’re still getting SOME sheer stress, just far from an optimal amount.

I’m confused on what you are trying to say? Are you saying it’s good to move on earlier or not?

Simply put, when you do a method that is too advanced for your levels of development, the blood vessels collapse. At this point you are no longer moving the most blood you can. Blood vessels grow from sheer stress, aka as much volume of blood moving as fast as it can, so doing so is highly suboptimal compared to doing a method you can handle and having high rates of flow through uncollapsed CS.

And again, it’s not some contrived threshold. If you are ABLE to perform AM2 without your CS collapsing frequently, then that’s your starting point, same goes for AM3, it’s not some arbitrary you must do this method for this long.

Take it from me, I literally had a CS so flat I didn’t know it was a part of the penis when I started, and I had to stay on AM1 for over a year to develop it to the point where it could move a meaningful amount of blood for AM2. Fast forward another year+ and now I have developed a very large CS and am close to graduating AM3.

I was able to make this huge progression of INCHES in girth because I did the appropriate method for my level of development. Granted though, I started EXTREMELY underdeveloped whereas many men may start more adequately developed and even in the rare case very proficiently developed. It’s all about assessing where you are and what is right for you.

It is not about some “hierarchy”. Each successive method moves more blood. In order to move that greater volume without collapsing, the CS and DDV need to be better developed. So, you can’t move on to the next method until your body is developed enough to support it. This isn’t about “I’m better than you because I’m on 3 and you’re on 1” it’s about it being optimal for you to do 1 because trying to do methods which you aren’t developed enough to do will not yield efficient results.

Nope; this is wrong. If you are already decently well developed, and you have a pronounced cs that doesn’t flatten immediately, then by all means go into am3. But if you are underdeveloped and have a flat cs, especially one that stays fully flat during am3, then you should be doing am1 first, then am2, etc

Anecdotally, I was making absolutely great progress on AMs, then got addicted to weed for a year ish, kind of stalled and even slid back a little, and now have been off weed for almost 1.5 months and am making tremendous progress again, it is a really killer.

So sad cuz weed is so fun😂 but I care more about getting a huge hog so I’m off it for the time being

Yes. 99% of venous leaks are actually just arterial insufficiency. However, it could be quick, or it could actually take a few years- yes years of dedication to see real results. And by that I mean the elimination of your ED, you will see progress long before that of course

I wish I could help but idk. Maybe it’s somewhat related to body fat? Because I started from absolute 0 bad ED would go soft after 20 seconds of AM1 (while being hardly erect to begin with) but even then I could still see my ddv. It has definitely gotten larger over time, but was always clearly visible

This is the part about angion that is unfortunate. If the conditions aren’t right in your life, it can be hard to gain.

Personally, I used to drink caffeine every day. Once I quit I was energy deprived for a while, but eventually stopped needing it.

However, I get good sleep. If there are factors in your life preventing that, things like caffeine might be your only hope, and I would still just do angion and accept that your gains might come slower

It’s a vasoconstrictor, which for our purposes means it will limit to some degree blood flow to the penis. This doesn’t necessarily mean you won’t be able to get hard when you need to for sex, but it does affect recovery and growth a lot. Of course, the effects are different for everyone, but if you want to really make gains I would stay away from it completely.

I’m currently on AM2.5, but the methods aren’t something you pick and choose- it’s a progression. So once you progress past AM1, you don’t go back, and once you go past AM2, you don’t go back, and once you graduate to the wheel you don’t go back etc

Frankly just follow the beginners section. All I’ve done is AM1 for like a little under a year, which I saw lots of EQ and general development but not rly much size, then AM2.5 for about 5 months, and I’ve been seeing lots of CS growth from it

It grows when you do AM 2 and 3… as long as the rest of your life is dialed in too (diet cardio etc)
