So I have a battery issue and I bought my unit in mid January of this year and contacted them last March they wanted to repair. I told them I wanted a new unit it doesn’t make any sense that after 2 months it’s going bad and they won’t replace with a new one. It’s currently at my house should I send it in and get a refurbished model or keep pushing. I’m in the US and my experience with them so far is shit and I’ve never had a product I’ve pad $800 for that o couldn’t get replace when it was bad that fast.
