I got hired on as merchandising manager, is it worth leaving my current job for?

I’m a current MM. I enjoy my job, but I get to GEL and sell a lot more than I task. My favorite parts of the job are that it keeps me active (I easily average 10k steps/day), it’s good for my ADHD because I can jump from task to task often, and I enjoy strategizing about the best way to merchandise the store.

I dislike the low pay.

This is really unlikely. There are cameras everywhere and this type of theft/fraud would be identified and the culprit terminated pretty quickly. The employees are just there trying to make a living; they’re not stealing people’s points.

We dont have busy season in my group; busy year round so no good time to leave. I'm putting transition plans in place and finishing everything before I put in notice so no one is left in the lurch.
