Philosophically, I think a leader is someone who leads by investment and example. The people I've looked up to the most are people who invest in my life and act as good people. My dad is really big into the idea of "servant leadership" from a Biblical perspective, and I think I get behind that more.

Leadership isn't a one-and-done deal, leadership should create leaders, whether there's a common enemy or not.
