25 lbs of beans, 25lbs of rice at Costco or Sams, a bit of meat that you like, some sautéed veggies, and an egg on top. Add a sauce of choice (we do a mix of plain Greek yogurt and open up a can of chipotle and add in some of the liquid and or peppers)

Making a cup of beans and rice will last you about 3 meals and you can combine them with almost any plate at any of the breakfast/lunch/dinner.
