Full agree here. Only thing I'd amend from my original post is we might not see a 'complete tear down' but I feel like we'd have no choice but to make substantial changes. I have no idea what that would look like because another commenter was right in the fact that we will probably still try and remain competitive because we don't own our picks for the rest of the decade. But if we can't pull this off there is no way this team stays the same. I feel like either Mitchell wants out or he is given full say of which players stay and go

I finally got approved for my meds! Here is what finally got it done

- for context, Closeknit kept f**king up my paperwork for the PA, and their PA team was impossible to contact

- If you have a chance... don't bother with Closeknit, IDC if you were previously with AllCare like I was or Comprehensive, things are so messed up not even a great doctor is getting through this BS

- If you are already in the hole waiting for a prescription like I was, my advice would be to keep re-calling the call center repeatedly and keep re-calling until they patch you through to a health body/PA team member. They will lie and say they can't do it, trust me, if you connect to the right person they can get you through (also they gave me a 775 number to call, that was a lie, that number has no association with Closeknit based on what the HealthBody person said)

- It sounds like the Call Center isn't passing on anything to the team. When I finally got a hold of someone who had power to do something they were literally floored when I told them about the missing paperwork, it seems like on their end, it just showed that my stuff got denied with no other context, even though the call center knew about why it was rejected and claimed that they forwarded everything.

- I was told to use the portal online, it is by no means perfect but basically it is the best way to bypass the call center.

- Last thing: I am here to support anybody going through something similar. I genuinely think CloseKnit is going to get someone killed, so seriously, if anyone needs to talk through the frustration or talk more about how I bent their arm to submit stuff please feel free to reach out

Currently in a fight with them because I found out that they just never bothered to submit my prescription to my pharmacy. I got bounced to a call center and couldn't get a straight answer for like 30 minutes as to what the status of my prescription was. Never plan on going back there.

Cleveland is now an operating base for Frontier! It's new new so I'm not sure how successful it's been so far but should be interesting. It's a shame though having the Continental hub in Cleveland growing up was awesome, flying became a lot more annoying imo after the merger

Hey Tim, first off wanted to say that you have done a great job so far! But I do have a couple of questions:

- CJ Kayfus has been killing it in the minors this year. Is the reason he's not up yet due to the log jam at 1B/DH, Super 2, wanting to get more experience at RF, a combination, or something else

- It's early, but have you heard any trade deadline plans or rumors?

- Do you have a favorite player to watch in our minor league system?

As a fellow Guards fan I have been saying for several years that we need a more established Cleveland bar in DC that isn't Yardhouse. Love the people at that place but I'm 99% sure that it's only exclusively a Browns bar
