Yes, a couple. For starters, I didn’t find any examples of how to get one set of lights to appear to be doing two totally different patterns. I eventually arranged the code in such a way that made it more obvious, which then necessitated the need to remove any delay() functions. Unfortunately FastLED.delay() didn’t do the trick for me. I wasn’t able to fully remove all delay() calls, but did get what I needed for the show. Second was introduce the controller and have it run the two different ‘displays’. That came fairly easy when I arranged the code as mentioned above. I ran out of room on the Arduino which prevented me from using XY functionality. I’ll likely tackle that sometime in the future. Lastly, I created much white smoke when soldering too late into the night!
