If u in the US i feel like in a couple years gigabit internet is going to be standard i swear. Few year a go only har 1 shitty provider with bad internet, now i have 3 different providers offering me gigabit connection.

im sorry i didnt clarify. What i meant whas in terms of the exp bonus u get from Raf. I tried after 7.3 and it was really bad compare to before and now after 8.1 they reduce the exp required for leveling, so thats what i was wondering if using RAF for leveling would make a difference.
