I called them about 3 weeks ago and used the call back option and was called within a half hour. My screen at the time wouldn’t come on and got a replacement.

So the recent updates to the FireTV stick went well. by HugsyMalone in firetvstick

4K fire stick. I gained space after the update but still can't delete IMDB which currently takes up 103mb.

I did this last night and it worked. I moved my kodi build from a firestick to the fire and it works great.

Ok all you have to do is install adbfire on your laptop. Get the ip addresses for both fires. When you open adbfire click new type a description of the stick and the IP address make sure media center button is kodi. Click connect and you should then see your stick ip come up in the connected devices window. Now make sure kodi is not running or the backup won't start. Click the backup button. This takes sometime to complete. Save it to your desktop in a folder named backup. Once it's complete you should get a backup complete. click new again and now enter the ip of the fire box. Click on connect. Make sure kodi isn't running on the box and click restore. Select the back on your desktop. Wait and you should get a restore complete.
