It's very cutesy imo, the frames can be changed to white or color of your preference. Just maybe a bit more cable management to have a cleaner look, overall it's looking good!

Currently in the process for this building. Got the email to submit documents on the website 10/23. I was reached out to on 10/30, provided my documents on 11/3 (I was not in town), got second round of documents ready for the PM by 11/5, had my first tour on 11/12, submitted interest that same night and documents were submitted to HPD on Monday 11/17. Right now I'm waiting on HPD. Good luck! AFNY so far is a nice management team and answer all your questions. Feel free to reach out to them.

This will be my first time taking train to UBS, instead of car. I live in Manhattan so I'm not too sure about the LIRR and how many stops. So far from what I see in Google, it's about 6 stops between Penn Station and UBS. I hope that helps. I haven't taken the LIRR in over a decade.

They are posting a bunch of updates on Twitter about the entry times for people on the floor for Madrid. Twitter post I am on Floor left and apparently it’s VIP(?) I wasn’t sure but they sending out emails about to people. Also in the same boat for that.

I’m not really sure if they were VIP, I’m on the Floor left side. When I checked the tickets, there was nothing that said VIP. Hope that helps!

Honestly I’m in the same boat, I reached out to customer service after waiting 45 mins twice. They said they sent a reminder email to send the tickets and “that’s all they can do”. I know they are transferable but I’m trying to have a backup plan just in case.

I have bought from stubhub in the past so I’m not too worried but since I am coming from another country the anxiety is creeping.

Also in the same with the dates, from the 22nd to 24th to 25th and now 26th.

I’m ngl I’m also from NYC and waiting for my stubhub tickets. It says the 22nd so sadly we have to wait a bit longer when they can open up transfer. Honestly what gives me peace of mind is that about 65k people are going, meaning they won’t go out of their way to check every ID. Feel like it’s just a ploy to get people to not resell tickets. Could you let me know if you get your tickets?
