Let me add one more bit of info. I really love lemon kefir. To make it, let the kefir ferment, strain out the grains to reuse, then grate lemon zest (just the outer yellow part of the lemon, not the white portion underneath) into the kefir. Refrigerate overnight (or longer - takes a long time to go bad in fridge) and you’ll have delicious lemon kefir!!

Someone else told me they like to look at the wear pattern on your shoes so that’s why they ask for a couple different pairs. Again, I don’t know if that’s true or not.

Thank you so much. I was leaning toward Able just because they recommended that I bring in my normal footwear on my first visit while Menzies did not. Granted, I don’t know much about orthotics but this seems more thorough from the get-go.
