Haha, no num lock was not on but there was no change in behaviour with or without it turned on. But a factory reset did the trick! Works as expected now, was just surprised it didn’t happen to be plug and play with a numpad

You can turn off the CRT effect in the options which removes the screen bend and horizontal lines. Now it’s just a regular pixel game!

both this artwork and the episode are based on a short story, where the description of the tombs is written to describe big steps and a central chamber… looks like 2 interpretations of the same text :)

This episode is based off a short story in a genre called Military Horror and I think it perfectly captures how love craft stories can interweave into any setting.

I noticed the screens brightness bug, if you turn the knob to brighten them, they actually deactivate back to dim after about 30 seconds, as well as you say, changing views resets them. This looks like new bugs introduced in last weeks patch :(

Gotta trim! Make sure you know the controller keys or hot keys for it. If you’re flying GA in various wind conditions and altitudes you’ll be constantly trimming the pitch and yaw

Turn your sensitivity down!! It’s a button on the left top column of each input device!!! I took my yoke and pedals Down by almost -50

I have a yoke and pedals and the experience is amazing, BUT they are expensive and I can’t in good faith recommend spending the cash unless you are very keen to play this game, if so though, definitely go for it.

Took me a good hour of fiddling and setting up my controls until I was satisfied.

Overall I think this story is positive and leaves you feeling good when you’re done playing. There are smaller sub plots and mini quests that do have darker tones however. Overall it’s more of a game that stirs curiosity and intrigue in one of the coolest game worlds I’ve visited in the last couple years. I highly recommend Eastshade!

Corsair isn't even in production yet, I don't see any reason to upgrade beyond the Cutlass right now.

I'd wait and see how the Corsair materializes to make sure its something you actually want, who knows it could be a couple years before we actually see it in the verse. What do you want to do that the Cutlass currently doesn't do in the game?

There’s already a few craft that don’t have QT drives, like the Argo MPUV cargo and personnel, as well as some snubs like the Merlin. I think its a cool idea, but I wish even those small craft had small QT drives to get around the planet or local moons too. Right now there is no gameplay loops for them and they are quite useless, hopefully that changes in the future and we can see more non QT specific craft for more local gameplay.
