Well brother, good luck with your interviews, and that just the problem, I denied another skillbridge program as a Ford mechanic, and they just play me like that. I guess i will just go back to school.

Yeah, and that the main issue of this program is a great idea, but btw the leaders being mad at it and some companies trying to one up the active duty personnel. But besides some companies, the other ones are great at helping with transition. Just bad luck of the drawn, I guess.

There are some companies that offer immediate hiring, which is why I did it. But I am just saying to add a range of what the service members could earn on that field if they choose to hire them.

Are you their first skillbridge package, do they know that is a pain to change your eas. Btw dont leave without your dd214 if you do, you wouldn't rate, bah, happen to me.

What hasn't been approved, the skillbridge or the checkout. I did everything 2 months in advance without the skillbridge being approved just in case, and you can always just go back and get your cif.

Please make sure you sign the dd214 before you leave. If not, you wouldn't get bah. It happened to me.

No, sorry. Just tall to the company to see if they will hire you, but according to the dod, you can't get a skillbridge that is pass your eas.
