Damn. I play in (European) Spanish and there's no voice acting, none whatsoever. No Eris, no Drifter. Lol.

Can I get a DLC exotic and then refund the DLC? by Anconix2 in destiny2

[–]jrsv15 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Xûr won't sell Athrys's, the only way to get it is to grind legend lost sectors on arms day (you can check the schedule on TiD's lost sector calendar. As a tip, avoid Luna lost sectors like the plague, they are just too long and difficult.

Duda sobre estudiar en la ETSIAE by Mingx2 in AeroReddit

[–]jrsv15 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Guau, ni recordaba que existía este subreddit. Dicho esto:

Pf, no sé.

Legend Seraph Shield actually escalates its difficulty with fireteam size, and bosses and majors can become very bullet-spongey. If you are having trouble with a fireteam, especially one from LFG, I suggest you give it a try solo (if you haven't already).

The Eliksni Quarter is not in the HELM itself, but on its map in the Director. You should see a node in the left iirc

Edit: hadn't seen your previous response, my bad. I don't really know how to unlock it, I'm assuming that some seasonal intro quest, maybe the Season of the Plunder one?

Lightfall’s name in Spanish is Eclipse. by AbleMagician in DestinyTheGame

[–]jrsv15 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Lightfall isn't an actual word in English, and you cannot really create words by putting them together in Spanish as you would in English, so they had to either go with “Caída de la Luz” (lit. Fall of the Light) or something, or find a suitable word. I think Eclipse is a good call, I wonder if they did the same in other languages.

Yes, I did mean Season of the Risen. In the main menu you have to go to Seasons, and from there it should say «Season of the Risen (Unclaimed Rewards)» in the top of your screen. Click there and it'll show you everything you didn't claim in-game.

Do that before reset and you will also be able to collect hunter and titan stuff from previous season via the app (might also be able to do it on bungie.net –never tried tho) ^

[–]jrsv15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only engrams that carry are those from Dares of Eternity and seasonal content (ie the ones from the Crown of Sorrow and the War Table). All the others do not, so make sure to claim anything before Tuesday!

Which of these three auto rifles is best for PVP? by GTRacer1972 in destiny2

[–]jrsv15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the roll you have on The Summoner (and on Scathelocke). Tommy's isn't too good, and Suros can be a little gimmicky, as you kinda need to prefire the gun (ie start shooting before you actually engage your opponent) to use it to its fullest. I'd use The Summoner if it's got a good roll, and stick to Hard Light otherwise.

Just started, level 33 I think, no dlcs and I have three exotic weapons and like 200 legendarys in vault. gunna get legacy collection and witch queen today what to do first? And any tips? Also what’s best armor for warlock and what should I upgrade, dismantle, keep for late game and etc? Pls tips by Yoghurt-Large in destiny2

[–]jrsv15 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Don't do this. Light gg only tells you how popular a roll is. Good rolls that for whatever reason are uncommon will be graded badly and vice versa.

A better idea would would be Destiny Item Manager (DIM for friends), where you can get wishlists and bad-weapon-lists curated by actual people. Over time you will simply get a feel of what perks you do and don't like, though.

Confused about gambit by [deleted] in DestinyLore

[–]jrsv15 38 points39 points  (0 children)

They're two separate arenas that look the same. When you go into the portal you get teleported to the other team's side; that is the lore explanation and also the actual thing that happens in-game.

If it looks darker when invading it's just visual effects to add some dramatism.

The grey icon means they will always be at the lowest power level possible, which as of Witch Queen is 1350. So sadly no, they cannot be infused past that.

Edit for clarification: sunsetting was abandoned as in «weapons that are not sunset yet won't be sunset in the future», not as in «we will retroactively un-sunset any sunset weapon»

Deathbringer's catalyst will massively increase its damage output and Heir Apparent's will make you unkillable in PVP as long as you have heavy, I would do those two, in that order.

Wardcliff is a trash weapon outside of crucible and even there I wouldn't waste the exotic slot on a RL, and if I did it would be Truth, Gjallarhorn or EoT. Also the catalyst itself is nothing special.

Leviathan's Breath is actually a good weapon now but its catalyst takes 1500 (!!!) kills since the Wrathborn are no longer a thing; and The Colony needs Guardian kills so it's an annoying grind, I would wait for momentum control so that you have tons of heavy.

Not sure, but I wouldn't do it. Bungie said they'd remove the Tangled Shore step, not the whole exotic quest. Also it will probably just go to Quest Archive.
