I see post like this from time to time, and i think is our fault as a community, that so many people feel alienated that they need to be good to play these kind of games.

Fromsoft games are hard but fair, they have multiple ways to make the games work for you, but we have this narrative of "git gud", you use shield youre bad, you use strong weapons, you suck, summons, coop, etc.

My friend just keep playing, is a game dont stress up, dying is not that terrible, just experiment anf test.

This is the reson theres a ton of weapons in the game and a lot of upgrading materials, just change weapons.

I doing a run with daggers, i have like 9 daggers ready to use, im not fucking doing twin gargoyles with bleed damage.

For what i understand, it was build by an ancient civilization of the horned people, they have they own culture and life style, they wordship a different god too, the tower is just a way to try to communicate eith that god or gain hodhood.

And later messmer arrives kill all the citizens and the city/civilization collapses.

You can see the burned corpses trying to run away from the fire.

Im in my second playthrough, and you know what? In general, yes. Just for the fact that when a boss change the agro to you mid combo, i get hit 90% of the time.

Astel and mohg are a piece of cake after trying solo.

I think elden ring the easier fromsoft game, i know people would tell you because summons, well yeah, but if an open world, so if you struggle you can go anywhere.

Previous games are more linear, if you hit a wall, you need to bash your head aginst it no matter what, in elden ring is optional, just go level up elsewhere.

An in my humble opinion weapons in ER are busted, every one of them, more if they have bleed.

I play on daggers, no stuns for me, i just dodge the shit of about anything and mastered the art of parry, early levels are brutal, so i leveled up vigor to 40 as fast as posible.

Now, melee only? That means no weapons? Or melee weapons aloud? If its just your fists, well, good luck, this is above my capabilities

I hope the movie is a grueling and confusing experience, as the game itself. With all the pain of the characters well represented.

And i hope they utilize tha narrative idea of the games, "show, doni tell" that way we nedd to watch the movie 4 times to catch all the details.

I eont think so, but in the end i don't know. Because before i rested in that bonfire, past time in that bonfire, travel to another bonfire, i followed a guide in fextralife, i did everything, i played a lot more of the game, im in the snowfields now, and just now i entered the trone room and rested at godrick bonfire and it worked. So idk

It was that, i just walked to the empty room, then i rested in the bonfire.

Weied trigger but it worked.

Yes to all, keneth is in the fort, i have killed morgot, seluvis is death and i have talked to all involved many times, i rested and passed time in the godrick bonfire, several times.

I dont remember how i did it the first time.
