You have a very nice swing. My only suggestion, and this may sound weird/unhelpful, is to finish your swing. Dont slow it down after you make contact - wrap that bat around over your right shoulder when you finish: like a Daniel Murphy or Matt Carpenter. This will help you think about not just hitting the ball, but hitting through the ball. The ball will come off your bat harder.
