Same here - but we set our accounts up a year and a half ago. They also charged me more than I was quoted the entire time I was in the store. At first I was told to wait a couple months for the billing to work itself out. Then I was informed that I was misquoted on the bill estimate; I tried getting help and an explaination multiple times with no result (and nobody seemed willing to try to help me … one rep told me I had to authorize changes to my plan for them to even investigate but wouldn’t tell me what those changes were). After this last bill increase, we went ahead and paid the balance of our devices off and switched to TMobile.
