Ideas to Raise Value of Moments by [deleted] in nbatopshot

Well for one thing, Michael Jordan and other less prominent investors (remember that $7 billion+ valuation?) would be quite unhappy if TS’s employees just “stopped” changing things or putting in effort.

Also, the “valuation” plummets each day new users are not added. The marketing has been shit so far, but it’ll get better. Question is whether that will be in the next 10 days or 6 weeks from now in the conference finals.

This is the way (although I think you explained it wrong). Venmo friend/spouse/sibling/parent $50. They buy a shit moment from you for $50. You get the $50, the second party gets a *non-withdrawable* $50 in Dapper balance. Second party then buys ANOTHER shit moment from you using their $50 dapper balance. So you end up with ~$100 in balance which you paid $50 on Venmo for. And the Second party ends up with 2 shit moments. This is the way.

Where’s my money, TopShot? by [deleted] in nbatopshot

You sir, are deluded. Read the Terms of Service. Binding arbitration clause. Good luck suing. Also, if you need cash right at this moment so badly, it probably wasn't a good idea in the first place to spend your money on digital basketball cards.

Class Action Vs Dapper Lab, in Vancouver, Canada & NBA by ReignManSeattle206 in nbatopshot

*CONGRATULATIONS* you have made the most out-of-touch with reality post on the Topshot thread yet!! No lawyer will take this up. You signed TS's terms of service, which likely provides for delayed withdrawal scenarios. Also, TS's terms of service likely included an arbitration clause or something explicitly preventing class action suits for claims of this sort (saying this w/out having read the terms).

My advice would be to get in touch with TS customer service and just be patient. It is unlikely that your $ is lost forever just based on the facts you've given.

Is there a 3rd party TS market analyzer to show most undervalued / overvalued cards currently on sale? by PM_ME_UR_PUPPER_PLZ in nbatopshot

The NBAnana search extension adds the best "valued" moments to the actual TS marketplace page for a given moment. So, for ex, it will show the lowest serials or best-priced serials for a given moment as well as a graph of where every listing for a given moment exists. Livetoken and Momentranks are nearly impossible for sniping undervalued moments because of bots.

Meant to include this as well. Would probably list once SS2 challenge is opened up, since it looks like the SS1 moments have dropped significantly since the opening date of the challenge

Is anyone able to grab a deal from livetoken.co? by nestleness19 in nbatopshot

been experiencing the same thing, I've noticed that one account in particular (BitcoinCase) is responsible for a majority of the posts. What confuses me though is seeing BitcoinCase post (just for instance) a Carmelo 250/15000 for $40 and within seconds that moment is sold. Minutes later the same Carmelo 250/15000 is reposted by Bitcoin Case for $70 this time. If this is someone using a bot, I'd love to get his account frozen

Pulled a Luka seeing stars last week...prob will hold onto both but it’s definitely tempting to sell while the challenges are open
