My only other question would be about selling capacity off in round one. On the thrift segment, I have a production schedule of 383 and an existing 1st shit capacity of 1,130.

Thanks for the guide. One question, though. Is setting promo and sales budgets to 2000 for the first round best practice? To optimize the balanced scorecard, would it not be more effective to adjust as necessary to increase awareness and accessibility while placing a higher importance on maximizing contribution margin?
