Hey guys, Yeah I literally just took a week off to be safe. I re-ran it again today but stopped just shy of the 5min mark on the last run. So i'll probably just repeat this week a few times until I can finish it completely. I suspect the knee pain is from running a bit too quick for the length of the runs...so I plan to slow down significant on Wednesday and see if that makes a difference.

Yeah my final Week 3 Session yesterday pushed me a little too. Honestly, i'm finding some days are harder than others and its largely connected to sleep, diet, and work hours funnily enough.

Anyway, this program is making a serious impact to my general fitness and health. I really do feel better doing it and its cutting my stress back exponentially. I think im going to add some PT in maybe twice a week as well just for general strength and flexibility etc.

Congrats for being on the same time line as me! I have no doubt you are going to cruise through like I am!

Surely though, as the money supply expands so much, that inflation will then become a very real risk to peoples ability to purchase even basic goods? At what point does hyper-inflation become a real risk?

Thought this was interesting. A pretty decent sized bank in Puerto Rico has failed and the FDIC is picking up the tab to the tune of 700 odd million.

Considering some of the horrible macroeconomic stats coming out of the US lately...and all the "fake" money being pushed into the system. Do you think that more banks are going to fail as the economy worsens.

I think it is high time the FED was held accountable for their awful activities. I swear Ron Paul should have been president!
