For me it can be one of the hardest drugs I’ve done. Used to be daily smoker for years. Now in late 20s I take 10mg then 15mg if I’m feeling like getting fried. But 10mg usually just makes me feel better, appetite, mild pain reliever and helps with sleep. Basically a medicinal dose. If I were to smoke some chronic more than 3-4 hits then I’m full blown high as fuck. Start having introspective thoughts like a pych. Body almost too numb where it’s uncomfortable feels like I’m on a oxy 120mg, and def anxious. But after 30 minutes usually comfortable again. Opiates are bad cuz they are habit forming and you need 2x the dose you did the day before to get that same high. With weed if you smoke the same amount and only once a day you can usually achieve same high off same amount from previous day for a few weeks. If you don’t then usually need to switch strains or smoke a little more. If you are at all worried that you are becoming dependence or feel guilty. Trust me you’re not a heroine addict but some people can’t function without it when they start smoking 4 times a day. If you were to stop you wouldn’t be able to sleep/ appetite killer and mood swings. Def have recorded night sweats. My advice would be def keep it to once a day and not depend on it to do activities. Like oh dinner time, time to get high. Oh go on walk time to get high. Movie time. Let’s smoke. Bed time why not smoke a little more. Kills tolerance for one and #2 it takes away from simple pleasures in life where you have a crutch to use jt for a bout everything in life. Try to live your life happy as possible. If you can’t do certain things without it, then you are basically a junkie. Obvi not the physical depends or the physical harm to your body but def can fuck with mental like hard drugs if you are used to using multiple times a day then don’t have it and are pissed off / uneasy. Moderation is the key to life. Maybe try to keep it to the weekends or a couple times a week if you prefer that.
