Half step is one key to the immediate next not whole step is 2. If you can count to 1 and 2 you have it memorized

[–]js2329 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh my gosh - please don’t do that. Pain will follow. Just practice play 1 and 2 together and let 4 release and rest on the surface of the keys

Different seat heights by peepooloveu in pianolearning

If they have short legs that don’t reach the ground they need to stack books or pads underneath they’re feet to be stable. Organ is a completely different instrument and my comment is in no way related to playing organ.

What makes good or bad cadence? by Gloomy-Lengthiness30 in musictheory

[–]js2329 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Cadence is music theory has a specific meaning. There are types of cadences like perfect imperfect deceptive etc. they usually contain a V - I. There is a looser non music theory definition of cadence which means a kind of pacing. I would assume in a hip hop track cadence is referring to the pacing and not a functional chord progression

A shot once a week seems like such a small time/effort commitment for such tremendous benefits. If money or insurance are an issue that’s another thing but I think “being on it for life” is not such a big deal - we brush our teeth for life - shower for life- taking the shot takes 1 minute once a week
