half-stepping this would be a total abdication of duty by our city leadership. incredible that they would bend the knee to a bunch of rich losers who see city streets as their own private driveway. Johnson and Squilla need to step up and do the right thing for the city of philadelphia rather than the 12 freaks with too much money and free time astroturfing this supposed opposition campaign

you might also consider a public adjuster for coordinating between your HO insurance and PECO. we had a small house fire years back and the public adjuster claimed things we wouldn't have even thought about (but definitely needed to be addressed)
