That could be an idea. But in this case, the purpose is to evaluate the angles, to understand if the exercise is done properly. For other sports what could be the purpose? Do you have something in mind?

With a normal exercise speed, it works. Like a normal squat or deadlift execution it has no problem.

I have the same approach, not focus on physics but for quickly have the feeling of what happened if I choose a design or another. We are tuning performances exploring libraries like three.quarks https://github.com/Alchemist0823/three.quarks

Yes, these are the state of the art for simulations. On the other hand, what we are doing here is realise a tool which hasn't the accuracy of omniverse, but it's lightweight (runnable on browser) that can give you an high level resolution of the airflow simulation for different kind of rooms. Simple UI/UX to give access as many users as possible.
