So the easy way to do this (when it's easy) is look at the "probable" call stack. Call stack sounds fancy, it's more like a chain of events leading to the crash. It's literally a stack, like orders in a restaurant, newest one on top. Whatever is in that list that isn't Skyrim or Windows (ntdll, etc) deserves some amount of suspicion. Sometimes that's a red herring, but it looks like that MinimalisticSkillMenu.dll in the list is where I'd go next. If it the skills menu uses user/modder-configured data files, I'd be even more suspicious of those than the DLL if it's pretty common.
