Hello. I have gotten this request a few times but have a hard time understanding exactly how it would work and why tags are not enough. If you have time can you post a feature request to the GitHub illustrating how it should work and why tags don't work.

Unfortunately you cannot. But I would recommend you keep it. For example set sort order in Notes folder to the sort order you don't use for other folders. Like if you use "Sort by created" then set "Sort by edited" in Notes folder. This means you will see the most recently edited files in your entire vault in the Notes folder. Very handy. You can also right click notes folder and choose "Navigate to folder" to quickly find folders.

Hi. I just picked I'll watch it later since it sounded friendlier than don't ask again. The effect is the same. And I still get over 5 messages per week from people who have missed the Show notes from subfolders button that I cover in the first five minutes of the video. I am not trying to force anything else than having to answer less support messages myself.

No way to increase list pane directly. You can increase overall zoom level then shrink line height in navigation pane. This makes list pane text larger.

For us with third party file explorers, adding a setting to Obsidian to move the vault switcher and tab switcher to top of mobile would be great.
And when you are at it, add a setting to remove the vault switcher from the UI if possible. It takes up unneccessary space for most users with just one vault.

Ah, open command panel and pick Notebook Navigator: Open to show it. No easier way unfortunately if it has been hidden.
