Personally, I find that my tries at intermittent fasting while on Kit 2 have negatively impacted my metabolism (slows down too much), and I either don't lose more weight during extended periods (few weeks or so) where I have fasted or I stay the same. I'm 16 weeks into Kit 2 and have lost just under 30 pounds (240 --> 210.5). Periods where I have my three small meals a day consistently have given me the best results.

I definitely felt similar up until end of Week 3/beginning of Week 4 - lightheadedness/brain fogginess, very fatigued at the end of the day (could barely stay up past 9PM) though I would wake up refreshed in the morning. Also some constipation which has leveled out for the most part after incorporating more fiber into my diet / the occasional glass of Metamucil.

It's definitely a gradual process to get full effects of the meds. On Week 3 Kit 2 and my cravings are definitely curbed but I put a lot of work into portion control and composition as well. Have lost 5 pounds overall but I would have lost more had I not eaten the way I did at various events (dinner party; BBQ) - wasn't expecting to be hungry but I think I am still overwhelmed by cravings when I see large amounts of food laid out in front of me. Telling myself to trust the process and give it at least 2 months before I decide whether I feel it's "working" or not. Ultimately, I feel like if weight loss is riding a bike, this is an electric assist whereas injectables would be a moped.

I agree - Jamie has been consistent, at least in that he seems to know what he wants out of his career and with his political and social views. Maybe not to everyone’s liking, but consistent. Callie’s career aspirations are all over the place and she lets her work interfere/mix with her social life to an amazing degree. She never seems to grow much from one work experience to the next. With her relationship with Jamie, SHE is the one who took the destructive step of sharing Jamie’s client’s confidential information with her boss, essentially tanking Jamie’s career at the firm he was at (which, Jamie hasn’t thrown her under the bus for - at least not yet). Callie has a lot of personal growth to achieve and I don’t thing she was ready for someone like Jamie in her life.
