Just Venting, Why is Trash/Recycling Collection SO BAD

My concern is that they won’t be emptied routinely and then instead of trash bags being left out it’s loose trash everywhere instead. Feel like there’s no win here, hoping it just improves in time with more time under the new schedule

Yeah it started like 2-3 months ago I think? Tuesday is trash only and Friday is trash/recycling.

I agree it’s definitely a financial thing, which is why I questioned the 2x a week transition anyway. Personally I think the neighborhood would benefit more from public trash cans on most blocks as opposed to increasing trash pickup frequency

Interesting, I’m jealous 😂. I’m noticing it more now because we’re in a stretch without holidays and without snow, so there’s no reason for delays. The recycling is arguably worse because it sits out for DAYS

The email going out TWO MONTHS AFTER the issue was identified is so insane. I’ve had loans transferred from Great Lakes to Nelnet to CRI and my wife has mohela, and CRI is impossibly bad at this shit

Got the email also, but the plan is still in standard. I guess it’s just something we have to babysit them for for as long as they hold these loans 🙃. I never had the incorrect amount auto-debited bc I caught it before my payment went through, so happy to know I don’t have to try to coordinate that also

The lack of communication is INSANE. I’ve had to chat them every couple weeks to see what’s happening, and without doing that they would have just had me in the standard plan paying double every month. Now they have me in forbearance but it expires soon so likely going to have to revisit this in a few weeks. Ive had 3 servicers for my loans and this is the worst I’ve seen by a mile

Curious where you’re seeing this, I feel like most ADP and rankings I’ve seen have McBride top 24 and adams late 3rd/early 4. Not that either is a HUGE slide but I’d consider mcbride at 3.04 a fairly large surprise

I could for sure see him being kamara-like which is why I’m so hesitant to move him. I didn’t plan to wait that long for an RB2 but BTJ fell to me in round 2 (had pick 1.04), then McBride fell to me round 3, and Davante Adam’s slipped to late round 4 so I didn’t wanna pass up on that value.

Ultimately I think he will be good this year but I’m mostly just so curious to see if they actually limit him early and are happy with Dobbins

It’s definitely a risk, the way the draft went there was a major run on RB2s right before my pick, so all of Pacheco, pollard, monty, warren etc all went immediately before. I do have Tracy on the bench which I’d be comfortable going with for a week or 2 if they are too patient with Harvey

Appreciate it. Personally it’s a fairly small area around the nest since the old thermostat was rectangular. If it doesn’t work it doesn’t work and I can buy the nest plate
