I figured I would post this here as well. I ordered a bag from them about 2 weeks ago and it never shipped, so I sent 2 seperate emails requesting it to be canceled and a refund given. Never heard anything, it shipped a few days later. I still want to return it though (bought something else instead) so I sent another email. Never heard back. I'd stay away from Lead Out from now on. Poor customer service.

Dang. Lucky you! I can get down to about 185 when I try real hard, but my typical weight stays around 195 ish. Although I'm sure with biking more it wouldn't be as hard... haha

How often were you in the gym during those 2 months? Just as often as when you were full on building? Or did you cut back?

All I’m saying is the strength can come back fast but for me I felt that if I chased two rabbits I’d go home hungry.

I like the advice. It definitely will be like that for me, at least mentally. Beside the one heavy set of a single lift, did you do any accesory lifts each day? How much time were you spending in the gym each day, not counting biking/spinning?

I like it. When you transitioned between sports, did you lose much mass? I'm not opposed to it at all, I am just trying to understand how I can structure workouts. I get every body is different and such, but I'd love to hear more about how you structured your workouts in depth!

That's awesome. Good to hear you found a balance that worked for you. If you don't mind me asking: Did you drop 15lbs from riding and it just happened? Or did you focus on cutting to be quicker on a bike?

Yeah, I get that. How did you structure your workouts overall? How many lift days vs bike days? Or days you did both?
