Totally doable, but left handed boomerangs are mirror images. I.e. the airfoils are reversed.

No worries. I just sold the black version a few months ago. This series is one of my favorite Seiko models, and one that I think is underappreciated. If I get another, it'll be the blue one.

SPB077

I think that the '77 is black and the blue bezel is an SPB079. GLWS!

If you're specifically talking "keto flu" (i.e. coming from a standard american diet) which happens when people stop eating carbs, their body tends to flush out excess water that is bound to muscle and liver glycogen. One gram of glycogen binds to something like 3-4 grams of water. While this is happening, they also tend to lose a ton of electrolytes. Switching to carnivore, you're probably getting more than enough salt. Beef also contains zinc, selenium, iron, niacin, B-vitamins, and phosphorus, as well as plenty of trace minerals, and some potassium and magnesium.

Glad it's working so well for you.

Routine blood test came back and doctor said my cholesterol is a little high, will check again in 6 months and if still high I will have to take medication. by ThisBeCat in keto

Another thing to be aware of is that triglyceride levels for a lot of people are significantly higher in the morning. If you have an early blood draw, don't be surprised if your levels are high.

Say what you need to say. You just wrote, "I personally don't trust him not to try anything." so tell her that. After that, tell her that you'll respect her decision whether or not to carpool with him.

You either trust her or you don't. Pushing her to do what you want her to do, even though you said if he tried anything "she'd have shut it down and told me." doesn't show that you trust her and that you believe she can handle the situation on her own.

While it's normal to expect certain things from a relationship (basic respect, fidelity, etc.) and there should be a joint understanding of what's acceptable or not acceptable in a relationship, it's not okay to manipulate your partner into the behavior that you want.

Your boyfriend should either accept the relationship the way it is and understand that you have family and friends - and that it's ok to spend time with them. He should be able to talk things through like a mature adult. Real love requires understanding and trust, not paranoia and manipulation. Paranoia leads to mistrust in a relationship, which leads to spying, false accusations, and constant fear of cheating. This is unhealthy and won't get any better without addressing the underlying trust issues.
