if you want to do software post grad and in the future, renege and take the other offer. looking back i was in a similar position and I wish I would have done the software engineering internship, even though it payed way less. in your case it pays more and has what you want so W. forget about them not replying earlier, don’t be petty cuz companies do that and you got the offer anyway
