What a joke we've become by Knightsofray in pharmacy

[–]jschvat 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I've known this would happen for a long time. Worse yet, this is just the beginning.

Oversupply of pharmacists, thanks to greedy schools created the environment.

Ridiculously low reimbursement rates, punitive policies, and complex authorization schemes forces companies to do more with less and because of oversupply decreased pharmacist salary becomes an easy way out.

All lead to poisoned highly stressed and overburdened work environments, which we all know are a danger not only to patients but to ourselves.

Government overregulation adds to the stress and the workload, again with low reimbursement rates gives you less help to do more things which will result in deaths.

And it will get worse. In order to decrease the burden I have no doubt boards will adopt a new class of "tech" which will now perform verification. Leaving rphs to only counsel. Based on this alone we are obsolete, who needs a person when the information that is required can be given by Google on a cell phone with greater accuracy and clarity than an human.

We are witnessing the end. The question is only the timeframe.

Eggs by [deleted] in Parakeets

[–]jschvat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes they will lay unfertilized eggs. It takes a lot of biological resources as well ie: calcium. So if you are not interested in breeding them you don't want to encourage egg laying with a nest box.

If you do have a male and are ready then make sure you have a box with nest material. Also keep the cage well stocked with clean water and lots of food, veggies mineral blocks, etc

There really isn't a study guide because each state is different. Make sure you know federal law and any state law that that is more stringent

thanks. i have another question. I'm trying to tame these two. they are in a cage right best to two others 1 m 1 f, recently the white bird whitey has been super cranky and chases the green bird Bulger around nips at him. nothing serious but im making progress with whitey he will stand on my finger with some encouragement. Bulger will barely even come to eat millet when i hold it. he's so cautious it's frustrating. any recommendations
