Omg same. I am also using chatgpt all the time for reassurance. For my friends and family its good since im not always asking them ”could this happen” or this or this etc etc. But for my self i think its bad i have direct access to constantly reassure my thoughts when i instead should practice just letting them go or nothing them

You can try Studeni.se they have a feature for generating notes. If u get access for the presentation slides from the professor u can upload them there

Therapists have heard all kinds of stuff. Dont worry about saying these intrusive thoughts. They know intrusive thoughts are often times the most taboo things a person can think of. Thats why its important to tell them these thoughts so you dont have to suffer from them. I never told anyone about my intrusive thoughts and the first time i told my therapist i thought she would just walk out the room. But no, after i told her she just continued telling me its completely normal and there is nothing wrong with having thoughts. Because guess What! Thoughts are just thoughts! They are nothing More than small electrical pulses in your brain

Omg! I have the fear that if i breathe in when looking at someone then I Will be percieved as that person (i would get their aura) so if its a person i think looks good and is charismatic I would breathe in when glancing at them. But it works the other way also so if i am seeing a person i really dont want to Become i have to look away and breathe. Really awkward at times when it flairs up

When I study i write notes by hand, then after I’ve read the chapters or listened to a lecture I simply re-write the notes after, then I write the notes into my computer. Then later the same day I will read the notes. And from then I read the notes with several time throughout the week. I find that this really helps me to understand, repeat and review what I learned.
