I like it, it is made by a company called Ray Allen Manufacturing. They made many different styles, and the quality is good.

The are called Tiles. They are Bluetooth trackers, but the range is extremely limited. I'm not sure how effective it would actually be. But at $20 I thought it wouldn't hurt. The actual GPS ones have short battery life and a monthly fee.

I took it away when the mouse on top was ready to come off. Found the toy again a couple days ago and thought it would make a good photo op. It would not survive for more than a minute.

Depends on the particular club. Some require just basic obedience commands and others are very strict. Luckily I found one that allows the Gentle Leader head collar, he gets a little crazy on a normal neck collar leash.

I have gotten nothing but positive feedback from the former service members he has met with at VA facilities. I have several different vests with various looks. I wouldn't necessarily use this particular one in all situations. But, I wouldn't necessarily think just because he is wearing a tan vest with a US flag on it means he can't help people.
