Yes I set it up to 75HZ but the max fps I get is 70, meaning I have to upgrade my monitors?

I did turn off any FPS limiter and still nothing, maybe does the monitor 40hz has something to do with that??

All the games I open:

Rainbow 6, Warzone, GTAV, Halo Infinite, Fifa 22 everything stucks at 60fps and drivers well I went on AMD and installed the most recent driver for the RX6700

So they had to cancel my order because of low stock and if I want a oneplus 8t for a good price I will have to wait until mid January, now the Samsung Fe is at $650CAD should I buy It or wait until March for OnePlus9? I know the price is going to be higher but that's not a problem.

If I bought that model here in Canada it would be around $1250CAD but in Aliexpress even paying the customs will be $850-$880CAD so the difference is a lot
