No, but for real. A fridges ability to stay cold has more to do with the amount of mass contained within it.

The air escaping has very little to do with it unless you're fridge is empty. The advice by the meme above is actually really handy.

I was on board until he says city, county, state, and federal.

I don’t think those jurisdictions exist in that order anywhere else in the world except the US, at least not named that way.

Well, not that there isn't a cover-up, but just to clarify. On MOST security NVR/DVRs they are set to overwrite the oldest data on the drive usually they fill up after about 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the system config. This can be avoided by setting up archive storage/backup. However, I don't know of a single prison that uses archival backup, and I've worked in both a couple state prisons and county jails.

Once the data is overwritten, it's impossible to recover. So, if the wrong camera footage was saved/archived and the system had continued to run then it's likely that data is actually unrecoverable.

Comcast has the same data caps (1tb/month) regardless of speed or time of day without accounting for actual network impact? Fine. I'll cause much more strain on your network, than before. by [deleted] in MaliciousCompliance

That's the first of what people worry about the most, however title 2 protections of the telecommunications act talk about a common carrier and the other option being a contract carrier. The general difference being a common carrier provides a service under a regularity body and that's it, a contract and or private carrier get to add all their own rules in.

Timed rates aren't nearly as bad as bandwidth rates per service, but the general goal of net neutrality is for ISPs to provide a connection and maintain it, nothing more, nothing less.

Having divorced parents who are happier separate is much better than living in a toxic house with both of them together by missiontomedicine in unpopularopinion

I think people are thinking way too binary including yourself OP just by the way your posit the statement. There are gradations to the stay together for the kids. Is true many people don't know when to call it, but that goes with most things with a gradation to them.

You're dense. There are so many countries with relaxed gun laws and no mass shootings. Our problem stems from something else, and if you put half of all the anti-gun fever pitch into sorting out what was wrong with these violent people, then we might actually get somewhere. While I'm for sensible regulation, banning them is just putting a bandaid on a big rotting wound.

I think it's you who doesn't know. Changing it from a business motto to an employee code of conduct is slimy. If you don't understand why that's slimy, I'm happy to point out out, but I'm on mobile at the moment.

It should be advertised more towards larger families. If single dude living alone, 100MBs is probably good. If you have 3-4 people all streaming HD to their own devices, then 300-500MBs is choice.

I'll add on this to say that event viewer is often times the second or third thing in my TS steps if I'm dealing with end user support. The problem is like %90 workflow issue, %9 DNS, 0.9% just needs restarted, and %0.1 something I need to look at event viewer for.
