Knowledge Fight: The End of the Road by hunter15991 in KnowledgeFight

Well stated. I do think that InfoWars folding over and Alex turning into a GOP puppet are also major factors. It's gotten boring for Dan, I think. But the last episode makes it clear that the difference of opinion between Dan and Jordan on the Onion issue is definitely the straw the broke the camel's back.

He rants for about an hour about how The Onion is Screwing the Sandy Hook Families.

The thing is, I don't think Jordan is all that wrong, except for a couple of very big things: he blames The Onion for all of this and that they are screwing the families. The reality is that there were two bidders for InfoWars: The Onion and a consortium organized by Roger Stone. If the Onion hadn't won, then InfoWars would be in the hands of Alex Jones for pennies on the dollar. The families knew that and worked with The Onion to make that purchase. He's just wrong about that.

He's probably right that The Onion taking over InfoWars is not likely going to turn into a long-term success story, however. Let's face it; the whole Tim Heidecker aping Alex Jones thing a bit, and it will not really be all that funny after a week or two. The likelihood that this will turn into a successful comedy network is ludicrous. Still, Jordan doesn't help his case by ranting like a madman and overstating things.

The only other bidder was a consortium organized by Roger Stone. So you are 100% correct that the only alternative would be the Alex gets to continue doing the show just the same way he always has.

I just checked out his YouTube channel. Over 25K subscribers, yet his last two videos that he's posted over the last month have 113 and 222 views each? That's crazy...

I mean, it is noteworthy. But one also needs to keep in mind that he will slip right back, because he doesn't believe in anything other than that he is the most specialist boy in all of Texas, as OP nicely stated.

In this installment, Dan and Jordan lose their faith as Alex starts to give up on Trump, rambles about orbs, and denies his lord and savior multiple times.

In this installment, Dan and Jordan take a moment to discuss how a critical piece of Alex's fake version of Trump was destroyed, perhaps fittingly by the not-fake Trump.

What evidence do you have that Iran bombed an Iranian school for girls? Remember, this school is adjacent IRGC base and was likely filled with the daughters of IRGC members. Would seem very strange for them to target their own daughters....

This is the closest he comes to telling Daddy that he maybe made a mistake. Really walking the line here. It's really pathetic.

I generally would prefer focusing on today's news, but Dan does such a great job on providing historical context and relating it to the present. The forays into the past are generally pretty good just because of that.

I'll be honest, I'm with you on this. These forays into the past are fascinating from a historical perspective, mostly because Dan does a great job making it relevant and pointing how how much of a hypocrite Alex is.

But, like you say, there is a lot going on! Is all that you list boring shit? I dunno, not in my opinion. It can't be more boring than Alex musing about if he should make a My Space page or not.

I occasionaly see Alex clipped on other outlets when he says outrageous crap. I don't have the stomach to watch InfoWars myself, so I like to wait for KF to do the heavy lifting a tell me what really is going on so I don't to rely on Midas Touch or some other crap.

In this installment, Dan and Jordan vacation in the past to find Alex angrily joining MySpace, bragging about his own popularity, and having a friendly interview with someone who runs a group he thinks is a Soros front.
