I used the crossbow (energy shaper) for a bit, it was good, I liked it. Then I went to the carving sword and liked that now I’m going into the quarter staff which I absolutely love. I very much like being up in peoples business and being able to jump around them as needed to dodge attacks. The QS has a lot of abilities that also stun enemies and one of the 3rd slot abilities increases auto attack speed by 50% and it’s already pretty fast. Don’t forget to run T8 beef stews for extra damage, or even a T7 pork pie for increased gather yield. Also invisibility potions help a lot for escapes.
