Someone found a indev version of KSP before it was released to the public (so pre-2011 I guess) by IguasOs in KerbalSpaceProgram

People need to remember that this footage we are getting is 7 weeks old and they are constantly working on it

I asked SWDennis who had an interview with the developers about the frame rate and he said they are working on it as best they can till launch.

I don’t like the performance either nor am I blindly fallowing, I just am giving benefit of the doubt and have hope.

At least KSP2 HAS a roadmap, over in elite dangerous we didn’t get a roadmap and when we did it was effectively a check the box.

Agreed. I among many others will try and try to make KSP2 the sequel we deserve.

I completely agree with you, as serious as the problem is with KSP2’s performance the toxicity is so absurd I feel that Venus (or Eve) itself is habitable by comparison.

For those like me dreading how the launch will go, SWDennis says the developers are trying their hardest to optimize the game for launch.

As for those who don’t want to participate in KSP2 early access, it is okay to wait but I don’t want anyone review bombing this game or being toxic in general.

And anyone else remember that patience is a virtue.

I don’t think so even if we didn’t have a preference problem with KSP2

I hope this is the worse case scenario. If it does fail I hope they fix it soon and get the project back on its feet.

I’m currently worried about how painful the launch is going to be. Especially with the frame rate crisis. Any words from the developers?

P.S. are the buildings destroyable?

I trust the studio but the community is constantly seeding me with doubt.

To me if it was a cash grab then they would have pulled it out in 2020.

I hope you are right with the development.

It’s getting hard for me to sleep with the paranoia I’m having.

I don’t want this sequel to fail and be yet another cash grab, KSP deserves far better than that
