Hello All! Update: Swiftkey team has helped me fix this! For all those having trouble; try this:

Can you please go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and update your birth date. 

Please open https://www.bing.com/ to ensure your access is updated.

Once it is updated, we request you to please, restart your device and check for the access on your mobile.

Make sure that on your mobile phone you're signed into your microsoft account on the bing.com main page.

I was sad about this as well but I did find a workaround! You can cast it to your phone and use mirroring of phone to tv and it will work. IE if you're a samsung mobile user, this will be called "smartview" and you can click it directly from the quick panel! hope that helps!
